The modern 5-star Hotel Alpine Palace is located in the centre of Hinterglemm, directly at the Reiterkogel gondola. When there is enough snow, you can actually descend right to the house on skis. A ski bus stops in front of the hotel. A cross-country trail is located directly at the accommodation.

The luxurious hotel consists of a main building and around 50 m away, a neighbouring building. The comfortable accommodation comprises an entrance area with reception, lobby with panorama lift and waterfall, breakfast room, five restaurants, various bars, café vinotheque, gallery with panorama view and library, children's playing room, "Teens-Playroom", among others with billiards, kicker table, Wi-Fi (incl.), ski and shoe room as well as conservatory with a sun terrace. 3 x per week an evening with live music takes place and 1 x per week a guided ski day with a visit to the hotel's own lodge in the ski area is organised (lift pass required).

The modern fitness room as well as the spacious spa area with its indoor and outdoor pools, saline outdoor pool, outdoor jacuzzi, saline relaxation room with water beds, alpine beach with roofed beach chairs, Salve Interra beds as well as the crystal sauna world with its various steam rooms and saunas is available free of charge (indoor pool from 08:00 to 20:00, sauna area from 15:00 - 20:00). The solarium, several treatments and massages as well the private spa with the double lounger and own steam room can be used for a fee. From 02.12. - 24.12.2016, 08.01. - 21.01.2017 and 11.03. - 17.04.2017 you will receive a 10% reduction on spa treatments (as per description in resort).

The little ones are also taken care of: from Sunday to Friday, a child care service for potty-trained children is available (incl., 10:00 - 13:00 and 16:00 - 22:00). Lunch (noon - 13:00) is eaten together in the group and can be booked on top locally for a fee. Children's videos and game rental is offered as well. Children can also take part in the child care offered by the ski school " Snow & Fun" (for a fee) and lunch can also be booked on top here. The garage can be used upon availability and for a charge.
Rooms
The luxurious rooms in their modern design comprise a bath or shower/wc, cable TV, telephone, radio, hair drier, Wi-Fi (incl.) and safe. The rooms also have either a balcony or a terrace.
Board
The half board PLUS which is included in your holiday price includes a breakfast buffet with cold and warm meals, an afternoon snack (15:30 - 16:30) as well as a 5-course meal to choose from in the evening (3 main dishes to choose from, vegetarian menu is available). Children up to 14 years dine from the children's buffet or children's menu (5-course meal available per request for a fee). There is a salad buffet available every day, on some days a starter buffet is prepared and 1 x per week a dessert buffet as well. You will be welcomed with a drink and a welcome dinner. On the Sunday afternoon, a welcome snack will also be served. Christmas and New Year's Eve dinner's with a grand gala and live music are also already included in the holiday price.
