The modern 4-star Hotel Residenz Hochalm is located ideally on the piste and only approx. 50 m from the Hochalm lift. The resort centre of Hinterglemm can be reached within approx. 2 km. In good snow conditions you can ski-in to the hotel, and you have access to the nearest cross-country trail within approx. 500 m. The hotel's facilities include an entrance area with reception and lobby, two lifts, Wi-Fi and Internet corner (both incl.), breakfast room, dining hall and à la carte restaurant, hotel bar, café, parlour, common room with TV, lounge with open fireplace, reading room, children's playroom, terrace as well as a ski and boots room.

The in-house spa area can be used for free daily from 15:00 - 21:00 and is approx. 300 m² large. It offers a sauna, Finnish sauna, sanarium, relaxation room and fresh fruit, water and tea all day. For a fee you can also book massages in resort. An entertainment programme with various activities such as nordic walking or snowshoe hikes is also offered (as per notice in resort). Parking spaces and a parking garage can be used for free.

The modernly furnished rooms are equipped with shower and partly a separate wc, cable TV, radio, telephone, Wi-Fi (incl.), seating corner, hair drier, safe (incl.), mini bar (payable locally), as well as a balcony or a terrace.


Board
The included half board PLUS comprises a welcome drink, a breakfast buffet with cold and warm dishes as well as an organic food corner, an après ski snack in the afternoon (15:00 - 17:00) and a 5-course evening menu of choice with a salad buffet. Dietary cuisine (on request) and children's menus can also be prepared. Additionally a Christmas and New Year's Eve dinner are taking place (payable locally).
