Andorra has Grown Up! But NOT the prices!
The largest ski area in the Pyrenees, Grandvalira in Andorra is now in the top 15 for skiable terrain in Europe. The addition of a new chairlift and pistes linking in to the Peretol snow park in 2020 and the inclusion of awesome Arcalis means that a 6 day ski pass now covers over 250kms of marked piste - that's more than Ischgl, La Plagne and Les Deux Alpes. Proof of up to date vaccine for adults £ not accompanied minors £ including booster jabs for over 65s and over 18s from 15 January, 7 months after the last jab. The snow conditions throughout the Alps, Andorra, Pyrenees and Norway are absolutely fabulous at the moment and with more snow forecast this weekend in the Pyrenees followed by a high pressure next two weeks looks to be perfect.
At the moment British Tourists can not travel to the French Alps so while we can't take to the slopes of Val d'Isere or Morzine there are plenty of other opportunities with some wonderful skiing to be had!

The snow conditions throughout the Alps, Andorra, Pyrenees and Norway are absolutely fabulous. I am lucky enough to be skiing in Andorra this week - the photo above was taken yesterday above Grau Roig in the Grandvalira
Getting out to the resort isn't quite as straight forward as it was before covid became one of the most used nouns in the English language! But it is relatively straight forward - follow our guide below!
1. Book with and ABTA member or an ATOL holder as members of ABTA we have to abide by their strict code of conduct. If your holiday is effected by any government travel restrictions whether from the UK or in the country of your holiday destination we offer a full refund.
2. Check what you need to do to arrival at your destination. Each country has different checks. Essentially for ease of travel you need an upto date NHS Covid passport. Children travel with parents. International Travel has changed a little! For those that have a covid vaccination certificate the process is very straight forward. We will provide all the information and links that you require to both to arrive in your chosen ski resort and to come back home..
All the ski resorts we feature in our programme have put 'Safe Skiing' measures in place - such as a limit on ski passes, social distancing inside mountain restaurants, sanitiser points and so on.
Can I book a risk free holiday?

1. Confirm your 2021/22 winter ski holiday with a £1 deposit. How does it work? We will confirm all transfers, accommodation, ski passes, ski hire and ski school with just a £1 deposit. The balance is then due 4 weeks prior to your arrival in the resort.
If you need flights either we will book the flight or you book them. The flight cost is due at the time of booking, if there are any travel restrictions in place the flight can be changed or refunded. Please note some Austrian hotels and a few of our chalets do ask for a deposit and we will advise you of this at the time of your enquiry.

"How can we go Skiing this Winter?"
There is no doubt that travel has got a little complicated since Covid came knocking on our doors. But even these complications are actually relatively straight forward to sort out.. Basically to enter the country you are going skiing to you need to have evidence that either you have had both vaccinations or had a negative PCR test within the last 48 hours prior to arriving. Each country has a declaration to complete. The rules coming back in to the UK may involve a negative PCR test 48 hours before you travel then perhaps a PCR test on day 2 after you get home. The snow conditions throughout the Alps, Andorra, Pyrenees and Norway are absolutely fabulous at the moment and with more snow forecast this weekend in the Pyrenees followed by a high pressure next two weeks looks to be perfect.
At the moment British Tourists can not travel to the French Alps so while we can't take to the slopes of Val d'Isere or Morzine there are plenty of other opportunities with some wonderful skiing to be had!

The snow conditions throughout the Alps, Andorra, Pyrenees and Norway are absolutely fabulous. I am lucky enough to be skiing in Andorra this week - the photo above was taken yesterday above Grau Roig in the Grandvalira
Getting out to the resort isn't quite as straight forward as it was before covid became one of the most used nouns in the English language! But it is relatively straight forward - follow our guide below!
1. Book with and ABTA member or an ATOL holder as members of ABTA we have to abide by their strict code of conduct. If your holiday is effected by any government travel restrictions whether from the UK or in the country of your holiday destination we offer a full refund.
2. Check what you need to do to arrival at your destination. Each country has different checks. Essentially for ease of travel you need an upto date NHS Covid passport. Children travel with parents. Each country will have a declaration to complete. We have an uptodate webpage here with all the current upto date information

The balance is then due 6 weeks prior to your arrival in the resort. 4. "How can we go Skiing this Winter?"
There is no doubt that travel has got a little complicated since Covid came knocking on our doors. But even these complications are actually relatively straight forward to sort out.. Basically to enter the country you are going skiing to you need to have evidence that either you have had both vaccinations or had a negative PCR test within the last 48 hours prior to arriving. Each country has a declaration to complete. The rules coming back in to the UK may involve a negative PCR test 48 hours before you travel then perhaps a PCR test on day 2 after you get home.
