The modern, 4-star Hotel Castel is located in the centre of Serfaus, approx. 200 m from the resort centre. The local metro, which takes you to the approx. 800 m distant lift station, can be reached within approx. 150 m. Alternatively, there is a free shuttle, which can be used on request.
The hotel's facilities include an entrance area and lobby with reception, Wi-Fi (incl.), lift, breakfast room, dining hall, bar, café, wine cellar, children's playroom, ski and boot room, conservatory with panorama view, as well as a terrace.
The approx. 160 m² large spa area with herbal steam bath, Finnish sauna, organic sauna, infrared cabin and jacuzzi can all be used for free between 15:00 - 20:00. In resort, you can further book and pay for massage treatments or beauty treatments. Free parking spaces, as well as a parking garage can be used, based on availability.

The friendly-furnished rooms all have a bath or shower/wc, cable TV, telephone, radio, Wi-Fi (incl.), safe (incl.), hair drier, sitting corner, as well as a balcony or terrace.
Board
The holiday price already includes half-board PLUS which comprises a breakfast buffet, afternoon snack and cake buffet (13:00 - 17:00), as well as a 5-course menu with choice if main dish (incl. vegetarian alternative). A children's menu and dietary cuisine (anti-allergenic meals) may be prepared on request. A 7-course dinner is served on Christmas Eve (24/12) and on New Year's Eve and is also included in the price.
